Never Mind the Nineties
Eine Medienarchäologie des Kunststandorts Berlin
As Berlin’s 1990s – as an artistic and creative metropolis – are in the process of becoming history, this book project undertakes an archaeology of the documents and remnants that remain from that era: This exploration of the 1990s focuses on an interim period that, as the “recent past” (Walter Benjamin), has not yet become established history. With contributions by Ulrike Steglich, Stephan Geene, Bettina Allamoda, Waling Boers, Mo Loschelder, Manuel Zimmer, Carl Hegemann, and Bernd Frank.
